  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
  • Free of damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling. For example, products with visible wear, such as knives chipped due to improper use, will not be eligible.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1 business day.

Return Shipping Costs

Return Method

Non-Returnable Items
