Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items purchased from Rathermarks within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all kitchen products, including cutlery sets and cookware collections.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
- Free of damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling. For example, products with visible wear, such as knives chipped due to improper use, will not be eligible.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1 business day.
