Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased from Rathermarks may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition in which they were received.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@rathermarks.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you seek a refund or an exchange. After reviewing your request, we’ll promptly send you further instructions.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and documentation.

• Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be denied a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain kitchen products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or their original packaging has been compromised. These include:

• Cookware sets

• Kitchen utensils and gadgets

Please thoroughly inspect these products upon delivery before opening them.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at contact@rathermarks.com. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we’ll swiftly resolve the issue by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, your requested exchange will be shipped promptly, provided the exchanged item is in stock. If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
