Shipping Locations

Rathermarks ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at: 1440 N Alta Vista Blvd Apt 301 Los Angeles, CA 90046, USA

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM PT Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Holiday Periods: Processing and shipping times may be extended during major U.S. holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day. We will notify you via email if your order is affected by holiday delays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted carriers: FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location within the U.S.
  • Estimated Arrival: Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is approximately 9–14 business days from the order date.
  • Holiday Delays: Shipping times may be extended during peak holiday seasons. We recommend placing orders early to account for potential delays.
    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes. Rathermarks is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $199 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $199 incur a $7.99 flat shipping fee.
  • Tax-Free: All orders are tax-free, as Rathermarks does not charge sales tax on purchases.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order subtotal before discounts or promotions. No additional handling or surcharges are applied.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

Our shipping fees are determined by:

  • Order Value: Free for orders over $199; $7.99 for orders under $199.
  • Destination: Fees are standardized for all U.S. locations, ensuring fairness.
  • Carrier Rates: We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to secure cost-effective rates, passing savings to you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress within 1–2 business days of shipment.

  • Track your order directly on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Shipping Restrictions

  • Residential Addresses Only: We ship to residential addresses within the U.S. but cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
  • Hazardous Materials: Our kitchen products (e.g., knives, cookware) comply with U.S. shipping regulations. No restricted or hazardous items are included in our inventory.
  • Bulk Orders: For large or bulk orders, additional processing time or shipping fees may apply. We’ll notify you at checkout if applicable.

Address Changes & Accuracy

  • Accurate Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including apartment numbers, street names, and ZIP codes. Rathermarks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • Address Changes: To update your address before shipment, email contact@rathermarks.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after the order is processed.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email contact@rathermarks.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.
  • Lost Items: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at contact@rathermarks.com. We’ll initiate a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days after verification.

Rathermarks does not charge handling fees or additional surcharges. The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final cost for delivery.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items
