Please note that orders received after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Costs

  • Free Shipping is provided for all orders totaling $199 or more.

  • Orders under $199 will incur a nominal shipping fee of $7.99.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After your order is processed, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days, from Monday to Friday. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, occasional delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other external factors may occur.

Shipping Area

Currently, Rathermarks exclusively ships within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or delivery outside of the continental US at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note certain limitations and restrictions may apply to the delivery of specific products, especially items requiring special handling. Should this affect your order, we will promptly notify you.

P.O. Box Delivery: Rathermarks does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure successful delivery.

Tax Information

Orders placed at Rathermarks are subject to a standard tax rate of 5%, applied in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order in real-time. If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at contact@rathermarks.com.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, is lost, or is missing items, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. For damaged goods, kindly provide clear photographs of the damage to contact@rathermarks.com. Rathermarks will resolve the issue swiftly, typically within 5-7 business days, by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check your surroundings and inquire with neighbors. If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately, and we will promptly investigate and resolve your case.

Undeliverable Orders: If an order is returned to Rathermarks due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or any other delivery issues beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Handling Charges

Rathermarks does not apply any additional handling charges. Our clear pricing ensures transparency and simplicity in your shopping experience.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

We make every effort to accurately display inventory levels. However, occasionally an item may become out-of-stock or delayed. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and provide options to wait for restocking, select a replacement, or cancel the order for a full refund.
